  Located just outside the village of Chavagnac, this farmhouse is situated on the edge of two acres mainly given over to nut and fruit orchards, and has views over the valley below. Comfortably furnished, the living room has a beamed ceiling and a wood burning stove. The small, well equipped kitchen is ideally placed to prepare meals for dining on the terrace. There is a second shower room which is accessible from the outside. Garden furniture is provided and there is a built-in barbecue. For two extra people, a sofa bed is available in a room accessed from the terrace, which could also be used as a larger dining room. Chavagnac has local shops and there are full facilities at the pretty town of Terrasson-La-Villedieu. (It should be noted that this property is close to the road, however the garden is fully enclosed and the terrace and orchards look out over the valley).

Many of the original features have been maintained including exposed beams, stone walls and a large open fireplace in the sitting/dining room. The well equipped kitchen has a dining area at one end which opens onto the outside terrace. Downstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The other 2 bedrooms are reached via a wooden stairway from the sitting room and each has its own en-suite bathroom.
