  Le Savinas is a delightful,well equipped single storey house situated in the north west corner of Provence. Set in 6,000 square metres of peaceful and wooded grounds, there are wonderful views over open countryside to the Pre-Alps. The large grounds are well landscaped and there is a private swimming pool which is fenced and gated and an outside shower room and wc. A shady terrace, equipped with barbecue, provides the ideal spot for outside dining whilst enjoying the beautiful views. Inside the large living/dining room is attractively furnished and includes satellite television, Hi-Fi system and an open fireplace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, including dishwasher and micro-wave. The three bedrooms can comfortably sleep 5 people and an extra bed can be added for an additional child. There is a fully tiled bathroom and separate wc plus a separate outside shower room and wc. The attractive old town of Vaison la Romaine (16 kms)has plenty of shops and restaurants and there is a boulangerie (bakery) a short drive away at Mirabel aux Baronnies.

  P8409   Situated only few kilometres from the famous Medieval town of Avignon, these 2 adjoining villas (see also P8410) can each accommodate 4 people and can be let individually or together for larger parties. The accommodation in both the villas is on one level and offers a well equipped, open plan sitting/dining room and kitchen attractively decorated in typical Provencal style with double glass doors opening onto the terrace. At the rear of the property there is a large, well planted garden extending to over an acre including many cherry trees, cypress, bamboo and other plants. Within the grounds there is a large pool (shared with the owners) where pool furniture and umbrellas are provided for the use of guests. In addition there is a barbecue, children's swings and table tennis. Carpentras is only 4 kilometres away and provides a choice of supermarkets, bakers and restaurants. Other attractions in this area include walking in the "Dentelles de Montmirail", browsing through the many antique shops at "Isle sur Sorgue" or visiting the magnificent scenerey at "Baux de Provence"

  P8429   A large, luxury villa standing in a hectare of woodland in the north-west corner of Provence in the Vaucluse area. This elegant property offers peace and seclusion and can easily accommodate 2 or 3 families holidaying together. The spacious and tastefully furnished sitting room (60 sq m) has a corner fireplace, Satellite TV, Hi-Fi system and telephone, sliding glass doors open onto the gardens and pool. Four of the bedrooms also open directly onto the gardens. There are 2 bathrooms each with double washbasins and 2 further shower rooms. The large, (36 sq m) well equipped kitchen/dining room incorporates a dishwasher, fan oven and microwave and there is a separate breakfast area. Terracing surrounds the pool and barbecue area where sunbeds and chairs are provided. Vaison la Romaine is an attractive old town which although not large has a good range of shops, restaurants and other facilities.

P8413 Le Jas has a lovely peaceful setting amongst 5 acres of vineyards with panoramic views south over the Luberon Hills. It is close to the typical Provencal hilltop villages of Goult, Gordes and Roussillon. The kitchen/living room has a beamed ceiling and a small kitchen area in one corner. Behind this is a small bedroom with 2 bunkbeds and access to the shower room and wc. Upstairs is one large bedroom with a double and a single bed. The third bedroom although attached to the main property is accessed through the outside terrace and has its own shower room and wc. The terrace is a lovely shaded area overlooking the vineyard and it has a barbecue. A second gite is attached to this one at the back. Goult has local shops for everyday needs and Apt or Cavaillon (17kms) are attractive towns with street markets and a good choice of shops and restaurants. The nearest swimming pool is at Gordes (6kms).

P8414 Pierrefiche has a lovely setting amongst the wooded hillsides that surround Saignon, a typical Provencal hill village at the foot of the Luberon Hills. It is not isolated, being one of several detached properties in this area. The living/dining room is large with an open fireplace. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, whilst the washing machine is in an adjacent utility room. The shower room and wc are downstairs. A steep staircase leads to the three bedrooms, two of which have views over the pool. All the rooms have modern furnishings and white walls creating a light and airy atmosphere as you enter the house. Outside are two shaded terraces with garden furniture and beyond is the garden with 3 large trees providing shade and the swimming pool. Saignon has local shops for everyday use and just down the hill is Apt with its typical street market and good choice of shops, cafes and supermarkets

P8427 This is one of three properties within the same group of buildings. All the accommodation is on one level on the first floor adjacent to the owner's house. There is a good sized living room, a well equipped, fitted kitchen area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. A shared washing machine is available. Outside is a private terrace for sitting and dining out and this property in particular is well placed to enjoy the views over the garden and swimming pool (which is shared between three apartments) and beyond to the Luberon Hills. A local shop can be found at Ansouis and a wider choice at Pertuis which also has a colourful market. Aix-en-Provence is only 22kms away and you can reach the sea at Cassis in about 40 minutes by motorway.

P8431 Dating from the 18th Century, this pretty terraced house is situated in the centre of the beautiful provençal village of Roussillon, recently voted one of the most beautiful villages in France. Well furnished using a combination of antique and modern furniture, the accommodation is small yet not cramped. The ground floor comprises a living/dining room and a small, well equipped kitchen with both dishwasher and washing machine. Spread over three floors, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a sun terrace giving magnificent views over the Luberon Mountains. The separate toilet and shower room are also on this floor. To the rear of the cottage is a small courtyard with garden furniture, a barbecue and a creeping vine providing shade from the midday sun. Roussillon has plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops and galleries. Apt with its typical street market, has a good choice of shops, cafes, supermarkets and an open air swimming pool.
