Located on the edge of a residential
area that is surrounded by National Park, Casa Mariah provides an ideal base
for exploring this quieter, less well known region of the Western Algarve. From
the front of the villa there are views to the sea and the beach at Monte
Clerigo which is just a few minutes drive away. There are 2 further wide sandy
beaches just a short drive away. Monte Clerigo has several good local
bar/restaurants whilst a 10 minute drive will bring you to the local, historic
town of Aljezur which offers a range of shops, restaurants, banks,a market,
several museums and castle ruins to explore. |
The front door opens directly onto an open
plan living/dining room with an open fireplace. There is a portuguese
terrestial TV and CD player. A special feature of this room is the high, wooden
cathedral ceiling creating a light and airy environment. A bar separates the
fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one
of which opens directly onto the rear terrace and the other with views across
the valley. The bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms. The enclosed
gardens have been simply landscaped and the part covered rear terrace is
equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue. Steps lead up from the terrace
to the rectangular salt water swimming pool.
Please note that there is
no maid service at this villa but sheets will be changed once per week and
towels twice per week. |
